What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our product's use, we cannot accept springs or open kit returns. However, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order from our distribution center. Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping service choice, and shipping carrier performance. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information.
How are your products manufactured?
All of our products are sourced domestically, but may include imported materials or off-shore production. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality. Our springs are produced at reliably high quality standards by an ISO 13485:2016 certified domestic manufacturer.
